HFS Research ranks TCS among top cybersecurity providers
HFS Research put Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) among the top cybersecurity service providers.
The report looked at the innovation, execution, voice of the customer, and OneOffice alignment of cybersecurity service providers around the world to see how well they help enterprise clients improve their cybersecurity posture. TCS was ranked number 2 in OneOffice Alignment and number 3 in Scale of Cybersecurity Business among the 15 service providers that were looked at.
TCS is putting a lot of money into security services to deal with new threats caused by 5G deployment, the merging of IT and OT, and post-quantum cryptography. Santha Subramoni, Head of Cybersecurity Practice at TCS, said, "We use our rich cross-domain expertise and contextual knowledge to tailor our solutions to customer needs." This makes us the cybersecurity services partner of choice for leading enterprises around the world. This top ranking shows that we have a clear vision and strategy, are able to put them into action, invest in innovation and intellectual property, and are successful in the market as a result.
TCS gives businesses the confidence to lead by making sure their digital assets are safe. As the number of threats grows and cyberattacks get smarter, TCS works with businesses to help them measure their risks and improve their security. It does this by building in security from the start, implementing a zero-trust framework, and giving them 360-degree visibility and predictive intelligence to help them defend against and respond to new threats. The suite provides a platform with a full set of modular cyber security services that can be used quickly.
TCS offers a wide range of cybersecurity services, such as consulting and advisory, security-as-a-service, industry-specific solutions, and managed security services. These services cover detection and response; identity and access management; vulnerability management; governance; risk and compliance; data privacy and protection; digital forensics and incident response; cloud security; data security; and IT/OT security services.
It has a network of 12 threat management centres in the UK, Ireland, Spain, the US, Mexico, Australia, Japan, and India. These centres provide customers with fast, expert security services that are tailored to their specific business and regulatory needs.
Ralph Diaz, Practice Leader for Cybersecurity and Horizon 3 Tech at HFS Research, said that TCS has developed deep expertise and proven delivery capabilities in most of the most important parts of the cybersecurity value chain. TCS has developed services that look to the future to help businesses deal with new cybersecurity threats. Being ranked # 2 in the OneOffice alignment category shows that TCS has a different approach to cybersecurity, where people, intelligence, processes, and infrastructure all work together as one integrated cybersecurity service offering.
